From what I'm reading from the staff box, it would seem Mung Posting is now acceptable on /vp/ to the same degree as Carlos Posting, although the limitations are "Warrants one thread." This ruling seems to be coming down because a couple of voices in the skybox said "Wow, look at this no fun fag thinking he runs /vp/."
