although, my all-time least favorite is shuckle. despite having through the roof defenses, it can't do anything because it has no access to instant recovery. power swap takes a valuable turn away anyways, and the thing is so slow that by the time you are set to attack you've taken two hits.

if you need a gimmick to make a pokémon worth using, it isn't worth using in the first place.
meanwhile the card is full of favorites of underage/ casuals
