I usually keep Pokemon that are "relatively superior" or "quite impressive". But today after hatching many eggs for almost a day, I managed to breed a Sassy Pineco with 31 IVs for HP in Emerald. But the judge says it's "better-than-average". Should I keep it and EV train it or what?
