None of them really look casual. They don't have short shorts or anything, but that's because guys don't generally dress to look hot on a regular basis. Guys, generally, just dress in whatever's comfortable.
Also, if there was a female protagonist who dressed casually, I'd be all for that. Girls in casual clothes are underrated.
Your picture is shit because the artist intentionally gave the "girl" hairy legs and short hair because they knew that if they just drew a regular girl in casual clothes that it wouldn't immediately prove their point because the girl would still be cute.
tl;dr Genders have differences you colossal queer. Girls generally dress to look feminine, guys generally dress to look masculine. Hell, if anything, the boys in Pokemon aren't masculine enough considering how feminine the female designs are.
