Well sir, this Bug is not shitty at all.
Its signature move, Tail Glow, raises special attack by 3 stages.
There is no other move that can boost your special attack this quickly. I gave it the egg move Baton Pass, so in just 2 short turns you can have +3 mega Charizard Y on the field. It has Prankster, so if you give it focus sash it is nearly guaranteed to get its combo done. They are mostly 5IV, missing attack/SpA, but there are 2 that are missing speed (shouldn't be a big deal with Prankster). The only reason you need speed is to outspeed some priority, but the list is limited. It already outspeeds other Pranksters.

Leave your friend code and request a nickname (or state that you don't want one) or else you will get a Volbeat named "SWEATY SACK." Sorry; I guess that's the Prankster in me! I only have 10 Volbeats to give away, if they are very popular then I will make more tomorrow.
Oh and uh.. Keep him away from Smogonbird, eh? That's one thing that will fuck him up..
