>>44905057My headcanon is that after one year, Ash gets a new alias "Red" and becomes champion all around the world aka Pokemon master (beating all the current champions of every region). Ash eventually loses interest in battling because of how strong he has gotten and contemplates again what it means to be a master. Ash and Pikachu goes to the top of Mount silver to train alone (similar to Red) until he meets with Ho-Oh again rediscovering why he went on his Journey and why he wanted to be a master, his love for Pokemon and battling. Ash captures and befriends Ho-Oh and the series ends with Ash being the True Pokemon Master and coming down the Mountain.
