It's tempting to show Sapphire in unique poses because even in the manga her body language is unique. Besides all the animal poses only she's weird enough to do, she even sits in a way I don't think anyone else does besides her dad, if not in the whole series then at least not among the other protagonists as far as I know. For more fun compare her body language to Ruby's too.
