Period.
For starters, Emna himself is just a reference to the original Sun Wukong that EVERY FUCKING SHOUNEN ANIME has or will have in some shape or form. That said, Emna's only chance of inspiring a Pokemon would've been Infernape.

There are four spiritual primate characters in Journey to the West. The Six-Eared Macaque, Sun Wukong (The Intelligent Stone Monkey), Red Bottomed Horse Monkey, and Long Armed Ape Monkey. I wouldn't expect GF to actually read through the Journey to the West so the only other notable monkey from this list that has not been used is the Six-Eared Macaque, who, as a spirit monkey, is even with Sun Wukong in almost every aspect. Sixy here is esentially the Shadow the Hedgehog to our Wukong's Sonic, power hungry, chaotic, and all around fucking evil, which fits into to Grookey's description as being a prankster.
