>>41112985Yell are still act like obstructive assholes, but i don't think they are on the Chairmans "Payroll"/control (Compared to the Skull Aether dynamic where Skull were controlled opposition to make Aether look better.) and were that Gym Leader acting on his own accord unless i missed something, and the Chairman was doing stuff under the table without Champion/Gym Leader support, and he has "Good Intentions" he just makes Archie look like Professor Rowan in terms of intelligence.
