As you can see, I ended up getting Dig over Reflect, as the penultimate rival fight's Magnemite and Haunter caused problems. Dig seems to be weaker against opponents that are only 2x weak versus Ice/Thunder Punch being regular effectiveness - in other words, it's not really useful unless I encounter a Magneton or Magcargo (or something like a Blissey).
