You shouldn't mash A so much. Hell, the Link Cable possibly teleporting to another dimension was grasping in on itself since the chances of there being a wormhole in space leading to another dimension probably weren't likely since Pokemon that can fuck with dimensions wouldn't have a probable chance of being in the meteor's displaced path and if the Link Cable was supposed to displace the Meteor across dimensions, that still assumes a freak accident would have to occur unless that's how the device actually works.
Zinnia is hated for dismissing not just characters you like, but the NPC scientists like Cozmo who actually did sacrifice for their work.
