Iris may pick on Ash a lot, but she also roots for him harder than anyone else and the second someone else tries to pick on him, she's ready to throw down. In truth, Iris is legit tsundere for Ash but 100% loyal to him. She'd stick to him no matter what.
If we're being real, absolutely none of the girls would ever betray Ash and Brock, Cilan and Clemont definitely wouldn't. If it was the beginning of Sun & Moon, Kiawe and Sophocles would. But by the end? They're 100% dedicated to him. Max sees Ash like a big brother and Go has a legit bro crush on him about as much as Clemont does.
Tracey, however? He's the only one I could legt see betraying Ash only because he's the only friend Ash has actually legit not cared about since he left and hasn't had any focus.
