Pair that with guts, and you have a hit-and-run truck that can probably 1HKO anything that doesn't resist it. It's speed is still a huge liability though, and wasted points in SPatk do it no favors. If it's Spatk and speed were switched, it might actually be pretty damn good even if it is destined to kill itself in recoil.
