Completely restart the plot surveying process
Make it mandatory for minor changes submissions to make it conform to the backbone
Compromise; rewrite and resurvey at some near-final/final round, TBD.
Continue as-is if deemed guilty is not possible, as it would be disregarding the backbone blurb, which was voted in as official.
