So I'll just share what I wrote about one of the first Pokemon she's ever formed a kinship with, her ma's Espeon, Bastet!:
'Bastet meanwhile is more like a mascot - Small and cute? Check! Wiser than one may think? Not a requirement, but check! This Espeon believes herself to be a 'divine conduit', a fallen star here to push others to be their best. BUt in reality she's one of Ming-Ming's mom's various kittens. No one knows where her ego comes from...'
