This is a unique situation, with a non-flying type bird evolving a flying type, and I don't think we're taking advantage of that in the moveset. Right now it looks like Bluffin should just be dual typed, especially since Roost, Airslash, Tailwind, and Feather Dance only ever go to flying types by level up (with maybe three exceptions).
I don't care about the distro really, I'd just like to see something that distinguishes the two stages. Doesn't have to be the two moves I suggested either.
