>Wish>Soraka calls upon the stars, healing herself and all allied champions, increased by 50% on targets below 40% of their maximum healthSince Clefable's is an AoE and not Global like Soraka's, it shouldn't be too broken, I assume.
Also, ironic both of these characters are Aliens who uses Moon Magic, plays the same Role, and has similar Ults with similar names, that does similar things with the only difference is Clefable's having damage attached to it and Soraka's is Global.
