>>27793502First, your trainer lineup. Energy Recycler, Retrieval, Great Ball, Professor's Letter, Steven, and Cheren are considered extremely bad cards outside of very specific niche situations.
A normal trainer core looks like 4 Sycamore, 2 N, 4 Ultra Ball, and 4 VS Seeker. You should try to get those ratios first.
As for your Pokemon, Xerneas generally needs to be in high numbers to function (you REALLY need to open with it), and Sylveon has no real synergy with the rest of what you're trying to do here, outside of literally being a Fairy. "Type" decks don't work, you should be concise with your lineup and focus on the M Gardevoir.
Here's a quick deck I threw together as an example of what a more functional M Gardevoir deck could look like, including some personal tech choices of mine. SS Gardevoir EX is better than the PRC one (100 damage for two energy).
