Since there's no special animations for that in game, it doesn't come up. Amusingly, the other way they typically depict that is via the tail, causing a literal tail glow.
Anyway flavorful or not it doesn't matter because Sceptile isn't Greninja so it'll never get a proper buff. I mean, it hasn't since gen 3, why would it start now?
