They are well liked by everyone in universe, they are talented, beautiful and generally if they do have flaws, it's usually an endearing or noble one such as "Can't stay silent when witnessing injustice!"
Aside from being a strong five year old there are no other traits that fit, and Pokémon as a franchise simply doesn't give their characters enough depth to even breed a Mary Sue. The closest we got was shit like Leon.
