But how these "PULL RATES"actually can work in the wild where packs are literally random?
Or do you mean you opening packs from Booster Boxes where pull rates are more "accurate"?
I'm from europe and i noticed that i have amazing pull rates when im buying from kiosks and train stations. It's where they have a complete mess/randomness of boosters. They are mixed so i see them as: "pull rates are mixed out and fucked up so i can get just a combo with good pull after a good pull".
But i guess in states everybody just goes to "wall-mawrt" or "gay-bee-toys" or whatever where they having just 1 boxs standing in order - that's where the "pull rates" statistics work?
