>>50170442I understand your desire for shinies to be something of higher value, and I do prefer when shinies are a lot rarer since it makes finding them more fun to me, but on that same note having something that's insanely rare coming with a competitive edge in a game where the staying power for a lot of people is rooted in that PvP side of the game, and for those who aren't a fan of using hacks or cheats is a pretty bad idea from a balance perspective.
