Due to their nature as outsiders, Crabrawler that scale snowy mountains to evolve will often find themselves joined by a small gaggle of Smoochum who are fascinated by the newcomer. The arrangement ingratiates Crabrawler to the mountain's Jynx and causes hunting Sneasel to give Smoochum a wide berth, and so it is not uncommon for this arrangement to continue upon evolution into Crabominable.
