Penn Jillette trash can pokemon which evolves into a garbage truck. I know I'm shit at drawing, so if you can't make out what it is, I've done a shit photoshop underneath on what i've tried to make it.
If anyone likes the concept but hates the design go ahead and edit it, I don't mind. If it does go through, rejected designs could go in the trash can/truck.
