However, talking about Serena, in Pokemon Adventures (the main manga) and in Pokemon Evolutions she has big boobs. So I assume the character is actually supposed to be busty, but in game they nerfed her. More or less the same with Rosa, Leaf/Green and Kris. You might say that then everything it's a bit based on headcannon, but I think you get my point.
