Due to financial shenanigans I haven't been able to get the 3rd game, but 1 and 2 were great.
And yes you were right to skip the 1st game since the 2nd also starts of as a recap of the first in case you need to catch up.
After that it becomes its own story.
I hope YW4 does well, I'd like to see this series flourish because it's pretty much dead in the west.
