That's Pearl all said and done! The league ended up a breeze, but as usual Cynthia did a major number on our team. Ladle took down her Spiritomb, Ganges doing some major damage on her Milotic before falling to Mirror Coat. Smash Or Pass cleaned up Milotic, oneshot her Gastrodon (not sure why she sent it out instead of Roserade), but Garchomp was too much to handle. Knock Knock revenge kills with an Ice typed Natural Gift, but then in comes Lucario. I figure it'll go for a Fighting attack so I send in Grunkle McStunkle, but the fucker goes for Psychic for some ungodly reason, Lucario outspeeding next turn and ending off Grunkle McStunkle. Youtube Studio comes in next, tanks a Dragon Pulse and KOs with Flamethrower, Knock Knock coming in to take an Extrasensory from Roserade before finishing the fight off with Aerial Ace.
All in all I suppose that's about what I could expect from this team going up against Cynthia, sucks that Smash Or Pass and Grunkle McStunkle survived this long only to fall in the last battle, but that's how the poffin crumbles I suppose. At least now I never have to use the Starly line again, and champing Ambipom and Octillery is pretty neat.
