I'm a double agent for Team Skull. Maybe I was a major player in taking over Po Town from the inside out. I generally dislike restrictive law but have my own moral standards. If I sense Team Skull is overreaching maybe I tip the right people off to thwart the plan just to keep Team Skull from going too far off the deep end. Both sides seem suspicious of my agenda but usually let me do my own thing because neither side wants to lose an informant. I'm a "necessary evil".
