Not going to lie, Jigglypuff is my favorite Pokemon but her portrayal is so consistently bad in the games that Smash 4 (closely followed by XY) is her best portrayal. Instead of being a pale rosy pink, she was a ruddy salmon color for 3 generations. Her eye color was a mystery and ranged anywhere from green to a purplish blue.
Makes me glad we're stuck with the XY models because they finally did a good job.
