This is one of the most bullshit things in Pokemon history. In Gen VI, Excadrill's only Steel STAB is fucking Metal Claw because it gets Iron Head only from Move Tutors. Yeah, Aerodactyl learns Iron Head by leveling up even though it's rock, and so does Aegislash even though it doesn't even have a head. Camerupt, Garchomp, and Bouffalant get Iron Head as an egg move but not Excadrill. Game Freak, please fix this bullshit.
And another thing:

What kind of a sick joke is this? The one bird that actually creates storms can't learn Hurricane? Zapdos's best special Flying STAB is goddamn Hidden Power Flying.
