And Horsea literally cannot be caught until the Whirl Islands, which you need Whirlpool for. So that's by Gym 7.
Only one you got away with here was Staryu and I'm not even fully sure about that one.

>>36708660>>36708720You're still wrong, I even tried in my most recent playthrough, you can't even get to Route 47 until you give Jasmine the medicine, and you've likely already beaten Chuck at this point unless you're genuinely arguing that it's okay to skip him, then backtrack the way back to Jasmine just so Route 47 opens up. And that's just a waste of time when you could just beat Chuck, get access to Fly, beat Jasmine, then Fly back.
