I rarely ever keep up with any facet of the Pokemon community, so I came back to /vp/ after a while to see what things were like here, since I'm not much into reddit or other places.
Because it's been such a big part of a lot of our lives, I'm sure. I was about 10 or 11 when the franchise started up over here so it's been with me longer than most of my friends. Everybody wants what is best I think, but a lot of people really get too aggressive over it, which I feel is missing the point of the series. I take it seriously, but I don't upset over choices I don't have any say in, I just enjoy what I like and pass on the things I don't. I wish more people did that.
