A part of me likes Sirfetch'd, but going back and looking at Farfetch'd from Stadium and the older games, he actually looks like a bird, a weird bird monster creature, but an actual animal nonetheless.
Sirfetch'd looks like a cartoon character. I would have also preferred if it were a Galarian form over an evolution but that's a nitpick really.
