1. no shadow claw. replace it with either another attacking move for coverage or some status tactical move. have you thought about copycat+ z-move? destiny bond is nice when things are going south and leech life can help you extend your staying span.
2. since ninetails absolutly work with hail, keep the snow warning. i can see why you give it hail, in case of a rivel weather coming in, but instead of insisting to set up arura vail give up on it and just use something else instead. moonblast is a solid option. however, ditch the hp evs for spa- the vail is more than enough bulk you will need, try for offense with this pokemon as well. put blizzard instead- did you know blizzard is sure-hit in hail?
3. the haphazardness of this team suggests that you looked at the ou list and just took the pokemon you liked from it. i suggest you go full karen and make a team for AG, which isn't overcentrelized cancer like OU. go for it tiger!
