Gamefreak clearly want Manectric to be some version-exclusive counterpart to Houndoom, forgetting Manectric has a BST of 475 and Houndoom has a BST of 500, and even evolves earlier than it.

Also export its Mega Ability in Intimidate to its Hidden Ability (instead of fucking Minus what the hell). It already has decent offensive stats so even slightly better bulk would help.
