They weren't as good as they were in Kanto to Hoenn but serious Team Rocket were still good for their own reason. Then when they started acting like their old selves again it was a return to form. They weren't Sinnoh level and still kept a few of their new tricks from their promotion giving Ash and friends a challenge from time to time.
