We beat Whitney but with very heavy casualties.
Bayleef set up Reflect to deal with the Clefairy, who only used Double-Slap. Clefairy eventually dies, out comes the Milktank.
Bayleef damages the Milktank, tanking Stomp thanks to Reflect. Eventually, Reflect runs out and Bayleef sets up again. Next move is Synthesis, to heal her up and kill the Milktank.
Critica Stomp kills Posey the Bayleef. I switch out to Hoothoot, to try and get the Hypnosis. He gets flinched from Stomp, and Errol the Hoothoot is killed. Multiple switch out between team ensues. Togetic managed to Charm it to drastically lower the Attack. Switch to Slowpoke to get Confusion to kill. Use a Super Potion to heal her. Whitney uses a Super Potion on her turn. Whitney manages to get a crit Rollout, killing Pepper the Slowpoke, but not before Yawn lands (Lum Berry was wasted due to confusion).
Togetic managed to get another Charm off before being Attracted, switch to Rattata to finish off the sleeping Milktank.
Fuck, I was looking forward to get Posey to the finish line, I grew attached to her and wanted to see what Meganium can do. Fuck crits. Also Errol was a total bro and I feel bad he died before he can become a Noctowl.
I guess the battle solved the roster problem. New team is:

Growlithe
Heracross
Nidoran (m)
I am half tempted to discount Posey’s death, I should have used Synthesis first before the second Reflect.
