This is a quick sketch of a character in a story I am writing. His name is Jessie, a Pokemon trainer from Pallet Town who's following the footsteps of his grandfather, Red. He was born with the gift to see into the future. Using this, he was able to quickly rise to the top predicting move after move. However, the gift takes a toll on him after awhile and starts to hurt his physical condition. Which is why he has bags under his eyes.
I'm still working out the story but that's the general gist so far.
