Average mulligans per game? Four copies of char's line and a V with an active when first benched and one retreat cost I can hide behind if I didn't get charmander first turn seems fine to me, draw your two or four additional cards while I secure my basic choice. At least I don't suffer from 30 hand size theme deck meta.
