It's not the fact *A* Pokemon is locked behind DLC. It's the fact one of the greatest Pokemon in competitive is locked behind DLC. Some people will simply be barred from ever experiencing it, in the same vein of mythicals but to a worse extent because of the pay wall behind it. Its soul existence feels dirty.
