I'd hate to live life as a mere tool for battle. While not totally against the idea for battling for trainers, it's not an ideal lifestyle at least for me.
Rather, I'd seek out a community built by and for Pokémon. Preferably on Akala Island, Alola between Routes 4 and 6. Fending off Bug-types and evading bratty trainers alike, I'd seek fulfilment and value. Perhaps find a life-long partner of the same evolutionary line and pass on teachings.
Let's be honest; real world humans as a whole are past redeeming. Life as a wild Pokémon doesn't seem too bad, if the anime's portrayal is anything to go by.
