I'm new to editing Pokemon roms, but after some research, I managed to edit the HEX values of the ROM using HxD Hex Editor(
https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/). But after seeing that it doesn't work and after trying again, again, and again... I can't find out how to edit the ROM.
Can someone please help me figure out why my edit isn't working, and if possible, guide me on how to do it?
Or if anyone has the time, could you please do me a favor and edit a Pokemon White 2 ROM to allow all legendaries in PWT/Battle Subway?
