Typhlosion could use flamethrower to heat up the chains on the cuffs and then break it using rock smash/brick break. Dragonite can bash down a door no problem. Lucario could see the guards long before they could see us and use Extreme Speed to knock them out in case they did spot us.
This will be a cinch.
