I think Goodra had the potential to be something great. It's the first Pseudo to be designed as a defensive, bulky Pokemon, rather than one with high Atk or SpA. But it fell really short, namely in its lack of recovery moves, its abilities being okay but not the best, but worst of all, its mono Dragon typing. And so with this, I aim to make it the bulky monster it should have been. It'd be able to function as a nice pivot too, being able to heal itself as it switches out or switching into a strong Water attack, and it'd put an Assault Vest to great use too. Clear Smog would help it fight against stat up users, and Goodra could also put its new Poison type STAB to use with Sludge Wave to dent Fairies, as well as having a 100% accurate Toxic to break down walls. With all this, I think Goodra would be a much more dangerous and competent combatant, one that won't go down so easily with any one hit, and it'd rightfully be used alongside its fellow Pseudos in the higher tiers.
