From my experience, anything by Ultra-Pro and Monster (bonus points for Monster's 4-pocket binders, those are durable as fuck when treated well) is acceptable (except for those awful 3-ring binders and removable 9-pocket pages combos, I used one until it fell apart on me during a trade).
Also, remember to sleeve your cards before putting 'em in your binder. Your cards can still be damaged if they're in your binder without proper protection (most of the damage is in the form of scratches, but I've seen some bent cards too).
