Respectable bulk. Just enough speed to overcome the crowded 100 speed tier. Devastating physical attack and just enough special attack to give physical walls who think they're safe a little surprise.
It's not even minmaxed. It can do a little bit of everything.
Garchomp has managed to stay relevant through gen after gen of powercreep, and that's without Dragon Dance, and with two mediocre abilities.
That's just its stats making it such a beast.
