First they’ll recap the contents of Isle of Armor for people who didn’t buy it at launch.
The next segment will be a more in-depth preview of The Crown Tundra. Don’t expect anything majorly new there, just more footage of things we’ve already seen plus a short glimpse of Calyrex having a Gigantamax and a more concrete release window of September 2020.
The third segment will be an announcement of a second expansion pass that will launch in Q1 2021. The titles of the two DLCs in it are “The Tower of Rings” and “The Scepter Oasis”. Only the title cards and some concept art will be shown, but Ishihara will reveal that Tower of Rings includes numerous battle facilities and Scepter Oasis is a Safari Zone like experience. Both will be similar in size and scope to Isle of Armour and Crown Tundra, and between the two they will reintroduce all the remaining cut Pokemon not already added back in with the first expansion pass.
The final segment will be Ishihara revealing that the next mainline title is in development, but he gives no details about it and asks that fans please enjoy the coming DLC content for Sword and Shield.
