I suspect friend safari to have masada method-like chances of finding a shiny. I mean, they already altered the encounters to all have 2 perfect IVs, so it's honestly not surprising if they also changed the shiny encounter rate for them as well. I myself have gotten 2 shiniy Fraxures in there within 30 minutes or so of each other while I was (ironically) looking for a Silgoo parent with Gooey and good IVs to breed for MMing a shiny Goomy (I'm still working on it).

By the way, anyone have a good IV'd dragon egg group pokemon that's not English? Thus Japanese Charmeleon is the best I can find, with perfect Sp.Attack and Sp.Def (great!) but like 8 IVs in def (boo) and my eggies are coming out with his crappy def mostly, since RNG loves me so much. I'd hate for my shiny to carry that small Japanese penis defense.

Again, I ask, why did I not just bump into a shiny Sliggoo? Also, what's with my reverse luck right now? None of my Sliggoos are getting modest nature passed onto them from my Espeon. Hell, neither of the two Fraxures did either. He's at the top of my party, so he should be synching them, but it's like I'm getting tails over and over again on these coin tosses. Meanwhile I find two shinies back to back, neither of which I was looking for, and both with bad natures (though the 2nd Fraxure has 31 attack and speed IVs, such a shame that it's timid).

I really don't know how to feel about this...
