Whoever thinks PLA's mechanics are not a step in the right direction simply did not play the game.
The game is fun, a lot so I don't see the point of keeping locked here a majority of mechanics that would work perfectly in main series as well, if in gen 9 we have another mongoloid protag that feels heavy to move around like in gen 8 after the huge improvements PLA made it'll be a shame
