>>58687360Just photoshop, but I think any software with layers should do the trick. The hardest part is taking a picture on the exact same spot while making the pokemon moves where you want him to AND having the correct lighting. Once that's done you can just crop the pokemon/it's shadow and have all of them on their own layer
